So guys, any recommendations? I've just been watching episodes here and there in no particular order and haven't seen that many yet.

In case anyone wondered, I bought OoT.

...Again.

Got the soundtrack without a hitch, too.

The attempts at remakes are always terrible.
Now that I think about it, it would be pretty awesome to do a new Twilight Zone type series using the same mixture of adaptations and original material.

basically what I am getting at is that I want a half-hour adaptation of The Colour Out Of Space hosted by some creepy dude in a suit

The best episodes thus far are the ones where people get paranoid and start to turn on each other (ie: "The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street" or "Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up?").

Maple Street in particular has some really chilling stuff.

Yeah, but I never realized he was in it before because who fucking recognizes or cares about Mr. Zsasz?

Joseph Kerr was the big one.

So I just watched Batman Begins for the first time in ages (and for the first time on Blu-Ray) and caught some stuff that I had never noticed before:

1) This one's been noticed before, I'm sure, but Mr. Zsasz briefly appears in one scene, complete with little tallies carved into his neck.

2) This one I've never heard anyone mention this before: The evidence bag with the playing card from the ending has a label attached to it, stating that it was recovered by Joseph Kerr.

You know what's surprisingly fun to watch? Old Twilight Zone episodes.

I torrented the entire series the other day. It's neat to see a cultural artifact like this: one of those things that's constantly ripped off or parodied, but almost never actually watched anymore.

Also I have yet to hit a bad episode so there's that.

So tonight went like this:

"Hey! You know what I haven't played in ages? The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess! I'll bet beating some of those awesome bosses on the new TV would be pretty keen!"

"Huh. Looks like I saved right after the Temple Of Time. I think I can pick up from here."

*2 hours pass with absolutely no dungeons, no bosses, the bare minimum of combat, and the most tedious fetchquests I've ever played*

"I hate this game so much."

On the plus side I realized you could play fetch with the dog in Hyrule Castle Town.

Today not only did I totally ace my job interview, an exceptionally friendly dog started following me on the walk home.

I handed it over to a forestry worker and I hope it finds its owner again (it had a broken leash and a curiously blank tag), but just the same it was really cool to be walking along the barren dirt on the side of a crumbling highway under the baking sun, loyal dog at my side.

It was like that one short story.

See, that's the thing. I don't care that I don't know how to tie a tie by heart because I barely ever need to do it and if I ever do, I can just Google it.

Convinced this lady to upgrade from a 16GB flash drive to a 2TB USB 3.0 compatible External HDD and get the extended warranty on it.

Bender the Magnificent

Oh also I have a job interview today. I have had three job interviews in my life; I have had three job offers in my life. I am going for a fourth.

There's these floor traps in Spiral Knights that consist of a floor tile filled with holes from which spikes pop in and out every few seconds. One time I died from stepping on one and had no energy left to revive. Another party member who was otherwise preoccupied with fighting gave me half of his health (only one bar) so that I could revive.

I revived while the spikes were up, killing myself again in the exact same trap.

Swim.

Read and write at what would be considered at least a high school level. You laugh now, but you would be surprised.

Looks like 1up gave it an F. Average Metacritic score is below sixty for all platforms; with PC having only one positive review.
