The only parts I feel need work are the Recycle bin, which has weird parameters now (so it doesn't snap into place properly) and the RSS Feed.
All it is is the Rainmeter illustro theme with new backgrounds. The only skin I changed was Recycle Bin, to compensate for the size of the Ultimate Chimera sprite.

; UpdateDivider sets the rate at which the value of the measure is updated. It is

The backgrounds are as such:

RECYCLE BIN:

It's really easy to make the backgrounds too. Using Photoshop, I opened the original illustro backgrounds, quick-selected the actual visible portion, and in a new layer filled the selection with Red (as in regular-ass red from the swatches) and set the blending mode to luminosity. From there I just added applicable sprites (and sprite shadows if necessary).
The wallpaper is just a resized and cropped map.
