Well, Navi is a mysteriously hovering ellipse. Plus I like how it's recognizable from the least amount of the simplest shapes. Also the place would look more like the temple of time if it wasn't a featureless gray-blue void, and the horse would look more like Epona if it wasn't the Ferrari logo.

Yeah I had that thought, but Navi comes from the Lost Woods and serves the guardian of nature; it's almost an agent of chaos. I'm not making it symmetrical any more than I'm making the royal crest crooked.

Anyway I'm sure you guys can tell that I'm devoted to making this picture the very best piece of Zelda fanart available anywhere, so keep your comments coming.

Not sure why everyone keeps picking OoT for this sort of thing. The original box art was a logo on a gold background; anything more than that is adding detail.

Ehh, I didn't exactly set out to absolutely make an OoT thing. I rattled off a list of games and chose the first one that caused a definite, appropriate image to pop in my head, and it was the "master sword in cone of light" that did it. So it's not my fault! It's my brain's!
