My coworker had her baby today.  My other coworker had her baby on tax day.  I should really stop knocking them up.

It only hit me when I noticed the flags at half staff.  Then, I had a one-second moment of silence.  Then I stuffed my face with meatballs.

Meatball subs are great as long as I don't try to make them myself. Mozarella ...oh yes. I do love you.

Interesting. I had a home-made meatball sandwich today. I think we may have started a tradition.  :perfect:

And I had a hot dog with mozzarella on it.

...what?  Mozzarella is okay on any damn thing.  Ask any New Yorker.

...then ask them if it's okay on franks.  It might be funny to see their heads explode.

Let's see ... I learned about some paternity law and about RICO, then i ate some quiche.  Oh, and heard my class's resident Crazy Catholic Man rant about how in vitro fertilization should be banned, because it's interfering with natural selection (his codeword for God's Will) and confusing the nuclear family.

Re: 9/11

I saw the events of 9/11 unfold while walking through the university center of my college.  About ten minutes after I left for my Biology exam, I later found out that three middle eastern students were cheering on the events they saw unfold on the televisions, and promptly had their shit kicked seven ways from Sunday via everybody else in the area.  Security apparently took a very lax approach to the incident as well.

On top of that, someone had the balls to say to my Bio professor, "You see this?  What extent people will go to to not take your exam?" pointing at a hall TV.

In fairness, Jon Stewart made that same joke to Hillary Clinton (who had been slated as his guest for that night)...just not right away.

I can't entirely call that unjustified.  You get directly offensive enough, you just have to accept that people are going to kick you right in the head, and you deserved it.  Fucking faggots.

For me, 9/11 means conspiracy theorists handing out material and talking to anybody who'll listen.
