I think this belongs more in this thread than the work thread.

I was in the kitchen of our office building just now, getting some water. They have a big TV there, permanently stock on the local ADD news-ticker channel. So a story come on about a big electrical fire on the roof an office building in Toronto last night. They show some footage of the fire crews on the scene. They have pictures of the building and list the address.

Then I realize: That's MY BUILDING.

THE ONE I'M IN RIGHT NOW.

AND I WORK ON THE TOP FLOOR.

So uh, apparently even our building staff didn't know the roof was on fire last night.

When I asked the receptionists "Did you know the roof was on fire last night?", they first thought I was trying to use Bloodhound Gang lyrics as an incredibly creepy pickup line.

Not really weird more life threatening fear though it snuck close to that weird sense. Driving down the road we stopped on teh side of the road since it was late. A wolf crossed the road and even walked up standing up against the hood and I swore it was looking straight at me then walking off. It was around 2-3 feet tall on all fours. Not unusual considering the area but just odd.

In before frocto goes lol furry or some stupid crap.
