Just happened across the old aborted Loonatics project thread on the old board.

As badly as that ended, I'd like to give the idea another shot.

Anybody have any suggestions for a bad piece of video we could rewrite and dub over? Either in MST3K fashion where we riff on the original audio, or What's Up, Tiger Lily fashion where we replace it?

Suggesting we start with something in the 5-minute range. Because then there is an outside chance we might finish it.

They actually showed up in his store the other day but he didn't hear about it until after they'd left. He is still devastated.

Since you're bringing up Loonatics again, I'd like to say that the blame for destroying that project lies pretty much on me for sitting on the script until nobody cared anymore.

I wasn't trying to dodge blame back then, it's just that everybody was so ready to be mad at someone else that I got a free ride. So, there's my attack of conscience for the year.

That said, this time I elect that Nintendo sex-ed video.

...My favorite part is probably the subbed version, where Knuckles clearly shouts "SHIT!" and the subtitle says "Oh no!"

Anyway. I approve of dubbing over Sonic anime. Somebody write some things.

It's like the Tails VA was so Fatty McFatterson, that spewing lines beyond its blubbery mouth was a challenge in itself.

I'll perform the voice for Owl, who I imagine just repeating 'rape' over and over.

The scene with Eggman firing semen all over the place is a must.
