DNS issues appear to be resolved. At the moment, I can get images to load (see avatar), as well as plain-HTML pages, but not the PHP stuff. This suggests a problem with the MySQL DB, or at least a problem connecting to it -- I've found my connection to the site on any proto to be fuckawfully slow, and it's possible something's just timing out somewhere. I'd SSH in and check, but SSH is timing out too. Also, it is late and my skull hurts.

This should hopefully get fixed much more quickly than the DNS problems did. Bitch about DNS problems is that you pretty much have to wait two days after every minor tweak to see if that fixed it.

Yeah, I must have it cached; I'm getting the page (sans images and formatting) when I go to www.corporate-sellout.com on this machine but get the same thing you do when I open it on my laptop.

Cut the www. off and it gives you my index.html page instead of index.php. The .html directs you to www.corporate-sellout.com .

I E-Mailed the server admin; hopefully it'll get fixed tomorrow.

Directory structure and www. prefix appear to be fixed but something in PHP/MySQL appears to be broken now. Looking into it.

(For the curious: the wp-content directory was mostly-empty. I suspect command-line SFTP flakiness on recursive directory copies is the culprit.)

(Last week I could see the post but not the images, which suggests that my provider copied the site over before I made that post but that the updated DB was still cached somewhere.)

Something got me thinking about Katestory, so I poked through the archives. Your links still point to worstforumsever, and should link to brontoforum.us.

Also, I think that the secret phrase to activate the Chaos Emeralds is now canonically "Surprise, cockfags!" *bamf* I count two uses (Katestory 15 where Thad uses them to punch George W. Bush in the face and 17 or 18 where Miles Prower punches Frog in the face. Hmm. I sense a reoccurring theme here.), and that's good enough in my book.

On a related note, George W. must roll with super-powered punches pretty well, considering he survived to 17 to be manipulated by Girard and Dick Cheney. Maybe I should cook up a Katestory about the 2012 Republican presidential candidates.

I'd have to give it a gander but if I had to guess I'd say that yes the latter was probably a deliberate copy-paste of the former.
