Your prediction was correct. Today, the sky was that horrible hospital-grey and the air had a refractive effect that turned the rays of the sun into super-death-broiler heat beams.

I was out by Deep Bay, BC this afternoon, and with the constant breeze it was downright chilly.

We finally get the keys tomorrow to the house we signed a lease for in March. How exciting!

The weather for our move is 113 with 35% humidity. Says it'll feel like 120!

Like a month or two ago there was hail that caused enough damage that basically everyone in my neighborhood needs their roofs fixed. today people were on our neighbors roof doing repairs when it started hailing again. Ours hasnt been fixed yet so not a big deal for us luckily.

Good luck.  I moved into my current house about three years ago -- when it wasn't sweltering it was pouring.  All that and I was doing my best to do right by my roommates and help them clean up the old place to rent; I did the best I could but wished I could have done more.

The heat is so bad here that streets are buckling and street lights are melting.

Oklahoma is getting the worst of global warming this year for protesting so hard against global warming.

Apparently that picture is a little misleading, since those lights got melted because of a dumpster fire.

walked out of work today, took a good sniff of the air and smelled the wonderful fumes of a grass fire. Apparently we had a couple of huge grass fires around tulsa yesterday that tinted the sky yellow and rained ash across the city.

We're in Claremore for the week for work and the whole way up from OKC we could smell fire, skunk, then fire, then skunk, and more fire.

Sounds like a fun car game. "What's that odour?"
