I know there are many on these forums who don't believe in Sharkey, and I once was one of them. It's not like there's a lot of evidence he ever existed, except for some texts that for all we know might not even have been written by him. But there are signs, you know, there are signs for those who have faith. Not signs you can explain, mind you. It's a feeling in your gut, in your soul, that he's out there somewhere, and that he'll be back one day.

I considered him a myth until early last summer when I played Virtua Fighter 4 with him and EmaWii in the 1up.com office.

There is an idea of a Scott Sharkey; some kind of digital abstraction. But there is no real Sharkey: only an entity, something electronically illusory. And though he can flaunt his cold gaze, and you can digg his blog and see carny born flesh and maybe you even sense that your lifestyles are probably comparable... He is simply Parish, on a binge, with a wig.

I think there might have been a minute more of content there, but I don't know if it would be worth the extra thirty minutes of editing and two hours of drawing+drafting to make it work properly.

It is also hard to tell which stick figure is meant to be you. Maybe you need an icon more than just glasses. Perhaps a funny hat? That might help. That said, try not to choke on your own bile when you're inevitably compared to that filthy racist.
