Yeah, I'm neither clever nor diligent enough to finish Braid. Maybe I should get back to that...

Or I could just keep playing Ys 1 and II on virtual console. You just run into things the whole time!

Yeah I'm gonna have to call bullshit on that.  That shit didn't make anything even remotely resembling sense.

Great puzzles, though.  Good way to spend two hours.  That one with the key that moves around in time notwithstanding.

I also bought Braid. I think $15 is a good price, we've just been spoiled by the Zeldas, Final Fantasies and Resident Evil 4s that give is hours upon hours of fun. But there are plenty of short games that are worth full price.. Ico, the Metroids. Even a game like Super Mario Bros. is 3 times as big as Braid and guess what? I cost 3 times as much (or more expensive due to inflation). Braid is an awesome game and was worth every penny. PLUS, the PC version is getting a level editor. Don't trust me? Check out the Readme file or go to the official website.

Oh yeah, Braid. Great great great game. Awesome. The ending is awesome, the puzzles are awesome, the fickle companion is the only puzzle that pissed me off, it seemed like a bug (I know it's not but I wouldn't be surprise if J-Blow built the puzzle around how the key didn't do things the way he wanted to).

The graphics are pretty as fuck and the music is very good, but my favorite part is how it feels when you rewind the game, the pretty music stops and starts going backwards, turning something beautiful and calming into something mechanical and cold..  Yeah, it's pretentious, but at least it earns the right to be pretentious unlike KNYTT. >:(

I also played de Blob. It's fun and has a very good presentation but I'm OCD and each level took me at least an hour to complete. Jumping sucked.
