Late 90s 3D fighting games had good music.  At very least they made me want to play the game.

(They took away my Bloody Roar - Defenders of Legacy video...  ::(: )
I feel this song will always be under-rated due to the fact that the series it came from is pretty mediocre.  Can't you just feel the concentrated NINETIES just pour into your ears though?

Soul Edge - The edge of soul
Soul Calibur will never be as good as the first game until they bring this song back.  THIS I COMMAND.

I always liked this song, but I didn't know SNK made an actual video for it.

Blue mary's blues

It's not much, but that it even exists at all...

I don't know much about House of the Dead Overkill, but the soundtrack is ballin'.

For the first time in any Dynasty Warriors game, I enjoyed the Battle of Chibi.

DYNASTY WARRIORS 7 BGM - Thousand Suns 赤壁の戦い・呉

I am sure this song was very much the reason for that.

Oh man, that rocks. What's the character customisation like in that one?

Until the title appeared in that second video, I thought I was watching the trailer for some game about high speed foot racing in the future with laser swords during monster attacks.

The Quartet theme had me convinced that Quartet was actually a good game for DECADES.

Alright so I had Silent Hill 2's Betrayal stuck in my head and I was humming the melody of it while I was making mint truffles this afternoon (which is kinda weird), but I kept deviating into some other song I couldn't immediately place, and it really really bugged me. Until I put a finger on it. I think.

Silent Hill 2 OST - Betrayal
Alice (soundtrack) - Time to Die

The games came out within a year of one another (Alice in 2000 and SH2 in 2001), but in any case it's not like I'd be silly enough to insinuate the possibility of plagiarism. I guess the resemblance just tickled my subconscious.

I don't think there's a single bad song in this game.

Here's a Google Chrome Extension that plays Animal Crossing music in real-time. That is to say, when it's 3 AM, it plays teh town music from 3 AM in Animal Crossing. All day. Pick between the different versions, too.

Oh, and if you don't want an extension: http://tane.us/ac
