A year or two? I'm not sure, there's lots of fun and challenging music to fantasize about playing... But... There is only so much. Eventually it, and the interest will be stretched to the point where it's no longer satisfying.

... Then again, sports games have turned into RPGs, going so far as to include the most useless of stats (charisma, Pfft!), so... who knows?

It turns out that they're making Mass Effect for the PC after all. So, how long after the initial release will it take for hackers to figure out how to replace Liara's normal character model with the naked one from the sex scene? Days, or merely hours?

The anime & porn industries have been hammered in the past years by INNNTTTEEERRRNNNEET. Their average budgets have been cut in half, and are becoming more and more niche in domestic releases. Expect less Jenna Jameson and Steamboy, and more Bang Bros and Kanon.

In other news, Red Alert 3 announced for realz this time. You know, I think EA might even do it right, too. C&C3 might not have been spectacular, but it certainly was a step above Tiberian Sun. And that atrocity was committed while Westwood was still living and breathing.

The Red Alert series has always been more fun and compelling than the Tiberium series, anyhow.
