Are they cartilage? Mine took about two years to heal up and still swell every once in a while.

Are you sure you aren't allergic to whatever metal it is your piercing is made of?

Pretty sure. I've worn them before without problems.

A paste of baking soda and water is effective in temporarily filling those cracks that ants like to come through.

Do you understand how terrifying the words “vibrating strap on” are for an asexual? That’s like saying “the holocaust” to a Jew.

Ants can't digest cornmeal. So sprinkle that where they come in, they'll grab the easy tasty food and die off.

Hay Mongrel

Quote from: Octopus Prime
I tried my mothers home remedy for dealing with a dry cough brought on by an almost-cold since its not like I would be out anything for the attempt and I figured I'd humor her.

And it worked.

And it's such a flippin stupid process that the fact that it worked is kind of annoying.

Quote from: Octopus Prime
Liberally smear the bottom of both feet with Vicks Vaporub, and then wear socks to bed.

Might be worth a shot.

That is... why would that even work? Physiologically?

Like if I told myself it would work, would slapping a cheese slice on my face work too?

Could be an extremely slow release of the chemicals?

It's disputed, but hey. If nothing else, you can use it as intended.

Duct tape makes an excellent patch for torn leather.
