The reorganization isn't going to work unless the names are pretty clear.

I think the online board and Wolf board should be seperate from others, and both should be tucked away at the bottom of the board so it won't ruin the awexxxome main boards.

I'm thinking the online board will be more of a database of friend codes and MMO handles.  This would also be for organizing said online games or RPGs.  Discussion about the games themselves should be in the Video Game forum, though I know these threads can bleed from one territory to another.  I guess the mods will have to be vigilant on this.

Putting it that way, it probably would be simpler to put the Wolf board and the Online board together.  It should still be in its own category.

As for the titles of the boards, I don't think we're going to find some super-clever theme that will accurately depict the contents of each board.  Suprisingly, I like Pyoko's Earthbound theme: the relationship between the titles and the forums is non-existent, but it keeps a theme and is awesome.  As long as we have clear board descriptors under the titles, we can be as creative as possible with the names.

I disagree in part.  Discussions about MMOs, like opinions and news about the game itself, should go into the Videogames forum, but discussions between players of the MMOs regarding guilds, organization, future plans, item trades, character building, all that junk should go into the Online board.

... re-reading what you said, that might even be what you meant.  So, uh.  Yeah.  I guess I agree, then.

I will seperate the Forum Game and Online boards into a "Severe Faggotry" section at the bottom.  Severe fags only.

They will be seperate boards, though.  More seperations is better than less seperations.

Yeah, that's what I was trying to say.  Sorry if that wasn't clear.

I agree on making two seperate boards, but I won't lose any sleep over it if you don't.

Also, when will someone make me an admin?  :serious:

Am I destined to be a prole on these Worst Forums?

We'll make you an admin when you convince Arc to import all the old emoticon images from Pyoko.

WHICH IS A KIND OF SEMANTIC ERROR.

Guild, don't be retarded.  The names of boards on 4chan are just things like "video games" and "hentai."  They're clearer than anything we've ever done.

Yeah, and they SEPARATE out all their hentai, into nice categories of regular hentai and alternative and yuri and yaoi.

My stupid list of forum names that won't get used:

Solid Snake - gaming
Liquid Snake - non-gaming
Revolver Ocelot - Thad's political events extravaganza
Sniper Wolf - NSFW
Decoy Octopus - werewolf/forum games
Otacon - MMOs, friendcodes

That leaves Vulcan Raven and Psycho Mantis for Forum Stuff and Real Life Stuff, but I couldn't figure which worked best for which.

How about we just make the actual board topic part of the title? That way we can have any stupid names we want without sacrificing clarity.

Oh, and if Creatifbord is titled something like Thad suggested, I propose "Make-Believe" be replaced with "Fake-Believe". Because the more references, the better.

I don't know how to fix that, nor do I care to figure it out tonight.  Ask Arc.

Nicely done.

For whenever we DO settle on final names: I think I have reached a point in my life where saying "faggot" a lot is no longer instantly hilarious.
