So, Joxam admin muted me and then since that wasn't enough, kicked me repeatedly for saying that I muted two obnoxiously loud mic spammers once and then complaining about being kicked for no fucking reason.

In my defense, I only kicked you once. Whoever else did it 'multiple times' wasn't me.

Also, I only muted you for bitching.

I don't care what you're bitching about or who it is that's bitching.

This is the same reason I've muted everyone from Cait (another admin) to my own brother, at various times throughout my ownership of this server for short periods of time.

The reason this is one of the rules, is because of the McDohl/Doom/Niku drama that poured through the server a few months back. It has nothing to do with you, but its effects are felt by all.

Niku kicked me and then you kicked me for being annoying to you over voice. Now as we all know, I don't understand irony, but I find it somewhat hypocrtical to be kicked twice in a row for annoying someone thru VOIP, from a server that has a policy of allowing loud, obnoxiously constant mic spam that you aren't allowed to complain about and are just expected to mute.

Basically it's just a case of Niku was annoyed so he kicked me to zing me because he has admin powers and can do that. So now I'm replacing all his posts with CSI Miami rather than just not reading them because I can do that.

I probably play on Shadow Moses 3 times a week for probably anywhere between 3-15 rounds, not once every two weeks but I admittedly am discouraged from playing on it due to Niku frequent being an asshat, etc. This is the first time he actually removed me from being able to play on it though.

Coincidently this is the first time I started replacing his posts with CSI Miami.

People really turn it down when asked though? All they seem to do when I complain about it is tell me to mute it or just kick me now.

I ran out of coffee two days ago so I got a new bag of beans from Starbucks to give them a shot. I don't like it as much as what I usually get though. Kicking Horse is much better.

I'm not just being obtuse. I understand what you're saying, there is drama here. However, this isn't the place were the 'policy' was supposed to stop drama. This isn't the place I'm moderating when I moderate my tf2 server.

But I have to mute two or three people every time I log on to Shadow Moses after having some scene from a HILARIOUS 80s anime or the sonic cartoon or some garbage blast out of my speakers for a bit first. It's you guys' server and whatever, but don't fucking kick me because I say once each time "FUCKING SPAM!" when I forget how annoying it is and am reannoyed by it.

It's not like I go on about it for hours, I mention it once for about the same amount of time that I have to listen to it and then I never mention it again for the rest of the time I'm on. Can you guys have admins that aren't retarded?

Geo, you are not the first person to be muted on ShMo, I don't see why you get angry at that. If you play there as much as you claim you would know that. Even people with micspam can get muted depending on the situation. As for getting kicked, I guess rejoining is a bit of a bother, but you're also not the first person to get kicked.
