It's really not because I'm starting to make a career of braking hard in front of people I see on their cel phones.

Up here the cops are getting crazy to try and bust people on cellphones, dressing up as bums and nailing people at stoplights or riding in streetcars/buses (which hide them and let them look down on traffic - then they pop out and ticket).

As a person for whom it is physically impossible to use a cellphone while driving (i.e. riding) and for whom distracted drivers bring a disproportionate amount of risk, I approve of all anti-cellphone-while-driving laws, no matter how ridiculously harsh.

This might just as well be one for weird happenings. Today I saw two cars street racing on the highway.

Nothing really odd about that at all.

Except for the fact that they were both Volvos.
