It's true that I have to deal with a lot of women telling me to get away from their surrogate daughters because I am a bitch.

Obscurity level is off the charts on this one. And you thought the giant yellow ampersand living in my radiator was bad.

Have I made this joke before? I feel like I've made this joke before.

Based on actual conversation. Drawn on the bus on my way to apply as a grill op at Waffle House, and nicely explains why I was on my way to apply as a grill op at Waffle House.

I gotta say, I really like how Mog turned out in panel 4, there.

Also holy cats, this stuff cleans up pretty good. I guess I'll be taking the notebook paper lines off of this stuff from here on out. (That's right. I'd never even tried.)

Okay, notebook lines are a pain in the ass to clean up. Maybe I should just go invest in a decent sketchbook.

And a scanner I guess.  :richiam:

R^2, I nearly choked laughing.
Would you like... would you like a 66/6 score? Should I help you get that?

Inasfar as KARMA IS SRS BZNESS I think it's kind of cool to see the first number go up while the second one stays at zero actually.

Dear diary.  Today I drew a webcomic about a vomiting duck dragon.

Here's a quick and dirty way of doing it.

This took like 5 seconds in GIMP. (There's probably a similar function in photoshop or whatever.) Go to Colors/Curves, then grab the diagonal line where it intersects with the graph's "peak" and yank it right up to the top. Then you can fine tune it left and right to find a balance between eliminating the noise and keeping the actual lines. It's not close to perfect but it's fast, it's easier to refine by hand than if you start from scratch, and if you did use a scanner it'd be even less trouble because the glare is the biggest problem spot (as seen in the "!surge" effect).

I think he'll be plenty happy with his 69.

Hilarity.

A few notes on this one:
- That $1 sketchpad makes this stuff look a lot better.
- Turns out my school has a scanner lab. :scanners: As one might expect from an arts school.
- Yes, Stush is a squid. I can't draw the sexiest lady, and dude likes cephalopods, and we agreed that more tentacles means he can give the most hugs.
- Brentai creeping out Silversong is one of those things that will probably never stop being funny.
