Dark Souls 2: new gameplay mechanics info, SDCC gameplay footage

Some footage of the gameplay and commentary on some of it afterwards. Definitely not all of the video is worth watching and a lot is just opinion/assumption but it's still the most info I've seen to date.

Oh hey, I probably should have mentioned it earlier to be useful, but if anyone is looking to try out / replay Demon Souls, there's a revival effort with twitch streamers. The game has been popping and doesn't look to be stopping anytime soon.
