It's just repeating strings of text from earlier in the thread.  Fairly clever as far as fooling people who aren't paying close attention, but the links in the not-actually-a-sig at the bottom of its posts are kind of a giveaway.

(Merged in the two responses to the spambot posts that Joxam missed.  Was momentarily worried Brent was threadsplitting while driving to Arizona.  Brent, please do not threadsplit while driving to Arizona.)
