Pretty much all of the above are fairly attractive cartoon girlies regardless of any furball aspects. Somehow I don't quite think anyone is paying attention to the ears in any particular way, other than acknowledging that "yeah, them gots some kinds of critter ears. Nice tits, though."

But that ambiguousness seems about perfect to turn this into a "what the fuck is the deal with furries" thing. The physical animal aspects seem to have fuckall with the sexuality of the subjects. At least superficially. Is it just the association of critters with simple, uncomplicated instinct? Dumb animals made safe because there ain't much to them besides the unreasoning and easy to understand instinct to eat, fight, and fuck? Are furries just so frightened of intellectual and emotional equals or superiors that the dehumanization makes it easier to come in a napkin? Or did they just happen to be watching too much Thundercats during their sexual awakening?

Really, I'm curious.

Then again, I always got kind of a kick out of Katt. Mostly because the chick just ain't wearing pants and everybody seems pretty determined not to notice. Course, I'm much reassured by the fact that I also think she could probably use a shave and some fucking toenail clippers.
