Well, yes, that's how I ended up on wikiHow in the first place.

I got my iGoogle on, but I mostly just use it to keep track of infrequently updated podcasts, blogs or webcomics, like Erfworld or (sigh) Achewood. Plus I got the weather and a daily quote thing, though the latter is often depressing to look at in the morning and I wonder why I keep it.

I also keep stuff like wikipedia, dictionary.com, imdb and youtube in Speed Dial, but I guess that's a given.

I hated Google Reader when it launched, but now that it's been re-designed I'm okay with it. I started using it once I noticed I was subscribed to more than twenty blogs.

The folders option is invaluable. Previously with feed readers I'd jump from humour to news to articles on a per-post basis, and found the switch between different contexts jarring.

For me, locations on the Internet aren't quite as meaningful as the means used to navigate it. Setting up YubNub as my default search engine, combined with the YubNub version of trip, has drastically improved the efficiency of my slacking. Also the mouseless browsing extension - the first of its kind I've found tolerable (I bet Opera's had that feature for years, but I don't like Opera).

Haven't yet bothered to consolidate my blogs on Google Reader or any such thing, for various reasons.

Sometimes wikiHow shows you how to do things that are difficult.  And sometimes it attempts to show you how to do the impossible.

Hum.  It only takes 3 steps to become a Perfect Buddha, but 9 steps to Be Patient.  Did the most enlightened men in the universe cut corners because they had a short temper?

I just like that the Perfect Buddha steps are basically:

1. Become a Buddha

2. Get better at it

3.  :perfect:

Are they going to try to put that stuff in supermarkets?  At first, I figured that eventually some manager would get the joke and raise legal hell, but then I realized he'd have to then disclose how he knew the meaning in the first place.

I doubt they would have the balls to try, but I wish they would try it.

Also, another link that needs little more explanation than what is already in the link.

Only one cure for an Alien Hand!

In all seriousness though that would be a horrifying thing to be afflicted with.
