I don't think my comment passed as intended.  :nyoro~n:

I just get tickled the wrong way when talented and/or skilled people put down their work, even as a joke, largely because it reminds me that I do it myself and am unsuccessfully trying to kick the habit.

In any case I should be comparing myself to the me of five years ago; that makes me much cheerier. I really should put something up, and take pride, if not in my current level of ability, then at least in its ongoing improvement.

Man I love you guys.

I have all my oldest art hung up on my wall. Any time I get frustrated I look at that and feel much much better.

Serious answer: The sunset? Off into space? (the latter is a valid answer)

Correct answer: Your mom's ass.

I can't stop thinking that her right wrist is broken. It just looks sort of wrong to me.

I suppose it could angle slightly differently. I concerned more with weight more than anything.

There's actually a whole host of small proportional errors I can see in this picture. Trust me. I just always discover them when I've painted so much that it's far too late to go back and change the original drawing.

Like with the welder guy I posted last page, his right arm should actually have been in a totally different position, with his right elbow up in the air. Though, that's more of a stylistic failure than a proportional one.

I like the picture and the coloring, but something about the eye is driving me nuts more than anything.  Or maybe eye and nose...hm.

Missing a reflection?

I suppose if I'd have seen it, I would have fixed it.

Yes, it looks like she's staring at the wall directly in front of her.  Maybe there's a bitchin' spider there that we can't see.

I guess since I stare vacantly off into space quite often, I tend not to think of that as weird.

Well, it's just kind of strange considering the beautiful sunset she could be observing if she turned her head slightly to the right.

Yeah, but it looks kind of fake, though. Like she's knowingly posing for a picture and not doing a good job at it. If you were to redo her head, I'd suggest lowering her gaze and towards the sunset. If you absolutely need to show her face, put up a reflection in the window.

She can't put a reflection in the window because she's a VAMPIRE! :ohshi~:
