It happens in Zanzibarland as well.

Is it worth the effort of complaining if someone takes a bunch of iron and diamonds and other things out of your chests?

alternate: step on a pressure plate which opens a series of doors in the darkness above them where you've been penning up creepers and they spill out by the hundreds

This sounds like a joke, but it works: dig up some dirt and bury your really valuable stuff in a chest. Pick an inconspicuous spot that isn't too likely to suffer from accidental creeper misfortune and that no one will dig up by accident, like under an interior wall or a basement floor, or even somewhere in the terrain surrounding your home if it's clearly not an ideal site for additional construction. Heck, if you're really paranoid, put it under the sea floor somewhere. As long as nobody's around to see you when you fiddle with your stash, it's as foolproof as it gets.

Yeah, I've noticed temporarily disappearing chunks on Zanzibarland. Notch will probably fix it.

Did you remember to protect your stuff with a sign that says "Dooly's stuff do not steal"?

This. Particularly useful to have a "decoy" chest nearby that contains stuff you don't mind losing, like seventeen tons of cobblestone and dirt. I had a bunch of buried chests before Kayin and Envy introduced me to duping, at which point I just carried a handful of most rare materials and forgot where all my hidden stashes were.

Okay guys find me a mod for the server that can replace hey0. Hmod does not exist anymore, and before I mess with the servers I want to know I am installing the best mod.

If someone takes your shit tell me and I'll do what I can to fix it with either personal riches(I have more iron and diamonds than cobblestone right now) or Moderator Commands(the kicking/banning style of fixing), I absolutely HATE people stealing shit so, if I find out someone is taking shit from others without leaving notes/replacing it in a timely manner I will take action... Sorry if this is a bit grumpy, I'm still a bit sore from the amount of shit that got stolen from me when James hosted the server.

The chests in the communal shed in Bigshell are broken. They won't open.

Both servers now have bukkit mod with some plugins. One of them is minecart mania, and the other is a basic command plugin.

Here is a list of the commands: http://java.net/projects/essentials/pages/Commands

Nope. It is just minecraft.

Also the minecart mania tracks might need some tweeking, but they are working okay.

Setting your home works, checking who is online works, /spawn works, and there is a /compass command.
