So after this week's chapter there is going to be a one month break, and a two year time skip. Holy balls.

You read correctly, sir. After today's chapter there will be a four week absence from the pages of Jump, followed by a two-year time skip in the plot (which has only covered a little in excess of a year and a half of in canon time at this point).

Just watched it. Instead of "Strong World" they should have called it All Dressed Up and Everyone to Kill. I don't know where the crew got those suits, but they should wear them always.

So hey, MangaStream has new One Piece.

I guess Luffy's 3 button vest was basically made to sway gaily open. (for the fangirls)

So I'm getting a bit irked at some of the paneling decisions in the manga.
Nothing deal breaking, but he's making the decision to add panel divisions in larger panels to create beats or half-beats of time. I can't think of another point to it because many of these occur at page transitions where you don't need to cushion scene changes. You shouldn't need this in a manga, you should only need it in animated storyboards. Right?

It's almost like Oda believes he has to make his manga the storyboard for the animation studio or they'll cock it all up.

Or am I just getting annoyed at stuff he's been doing since forever?

Well, every time the animation studio is left to their own devices, they add a precocious brat with big dreams.

So, yeah, they probably would cock it all up.
