That's what evil gangsters do. Don't you watch the news?

Oh I should clarify that they were SUPER zombies. That was an important point.

Seconding nerf war.  The thing is you don't tell them you want a nerf gun fight.  Excuse yourself from the room, and come back and if they face away from you, execute each one on the couch as fast as you can.  If they face you when you return, strafe and keep on the move.

This is typically a bit more fair if there are other guns for them to eventually find and use.  Think of your house as a deathmatch level and stock accordingly.

Board games are also a good one.  Not your pansy ass monopoly and candy land, but something like Settlers of Catan, or anything with the name Reiner Kniza on it.  If you need an ALL DAY distraction, Doom the board game or Decent (both by Fantasy Flight Games), are like the old heroquest games.  One guy plays the monsters, everyone else plays guys trying not to die to monsters.  You don't need a story, just kill, loot, next room.

I like soccer. I don't get to play it much, even though, according to one friend, I play it like a hoplite.

My evenings usually involve small gatherings with friends.  Like tonight, I had beers with my roomie and his girlfriend and brother and we watched Always Sunny.  It was a fun evening, but a lousy way to meet girls.

Apparently The Whitest Kids U Know are going to be doing a shindig at a bar about five minutes from my apartment. I think I've seen maybe one of their skits on YouTube, and I thought it was pretty decent, but I don't know if it was fifteen damn dollars good. Anyone know if these clowns are worth my hard-earned bank?

If you're not to attend tonight, you'll just be haunted by what could have been.

I willingly skipped out on a Flight of the Concords concert this past summer. The phantom pains are as severe today as all the previous yesterdays.

Oh, he has $15?  That's too bad, he needed $9.99.  SUCKs for him.

Also, going to see Flight of the Conchords in May.  Good times.   :perfect:

As for Whitest Kids U Know, they teach us the real American history:

Yeah, I might as well on account of it being so close. Seize the day and all that.

hard-earned

HA!

Whatever! I challenge any of you to roll out of bed already twenty minutes late to work, wolf down a Donkin Dounts waffle sandwich on the company's money and barter for the occasional secondhand vacuum cleaner with even a smidgen of the uncompromising apathy my job demands! I work god-damned hard to do as little work as I do!

Nice routine, you should join them on stage tonight.

Your dieting skit would kill.

Like, we're talking full on genocide here.

I slow jerked a few nights ago. Everyone in the room became momentarily mesmerized.
