Nah, Cammy's one of the two flight attendants, who apparently modified her uniform to display a huge rectangle of cleavage. Her eyes say little, but her mouth exaggerates.

The chick with the whip is Franziska von Karma, and she's been kind of irritating for several games, now.

Even if you disliked her in the past, she's much better in this game. By the end of case three (?) I actually retroactively liked her. She's pretty cool now, in my book.
