Oh man, I have a friend/spar partner/rival who has gone through 4 Fightpads in the span of two years. They're excellent for Street Fighter but so lightweight and breakable. He keeps buying them regardless because that's what he's used to playing with. I have another good buddy who owns two of the TE Fight Sticks and those are impressive and literally built to last (arcade perfect). Like Defenestration said, if the buttons or whatever break down the road you can always just replace the parts individually like the pros do. As for me, I'm stuck using the crappy 360 controller but use one of my friend's fight sticks half the time whenever I'm over at his place.
Heads up, though, last year around black friday madcatz had a buy 1 fight stick, get 1 free deal... they might do that again this year... But it's kinda slim that they'd do that offer again mainly because they're more in demand right now.

Hmm... took a example pic (while logged in of course) and it's not showing above a person's post count near their profile snapshot ... this is probably just my issue I'm guessing.

Kayma, I assume I'm supposed to see those words on the karma screen or when on a user's profile? I only see two options when looking at a profile: "Who changed my karma" and "Whose karma have I changed". When I click on either it takes me to what's been changed or affected through karma but nothing there allowing for me to change others. Hmm... perhaps I just don't yet have the privilege of giving karma?

I don't even know how to give karma. I don't see any available options when I click on somebody's profile here, do I have to accrue a certain amount of posts before I'm able to hand it out or something? Dang, maybe I'm missing something terribly obvious! Either way, I feel bad because lots of folk's have been nice to me since my return and I owe them.

Thad, I loved that and here's a sweet example of them both oogeling over some rather spicey images of Mary Jane and getting away with their usual crude banter.

Real Life / Re: Shit [Units of Time]
« on: July 02, 2011, 02:46:07 PM »Glames' list of life accomplishments may or may not have cheered up Spram but it sure depressed the hell out of me.While writing it I was in a silly feel goody mood. But after reading it, yeah, it really makes you look at your own life and feel kinda meh. Even I don't measure up to that list of mighty success. But I guarantee whatever 3, 4 or 5 (perhaps more) things any of us don't have on that list can be substituted with other personal good attributes and different life achievements. In other words: EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU IS A UNIQUE GOLD STAR BECAUSE GLAMES TOLD YOU SO!

Oh man, what a rough long work-related day! The universe literally tried to beat me to a bloody pulp every which way imaginable but I dodged every bullet with skill and finesse. A display of professionalism even I can't deny and I usually don't impress myself that often because I'm not some cocky-douche. Ah, but sometimes I'm a douchey-cock! (But aren't we all sometimes? Yes, yes we are!)

Thaddeus Boyd's Panel of Death / Re: Osama's Homobortion
« on: May 05, 2011, 12:22:52 AM »
I'm fairly middle o' the road neutral when it comes to hyping up bad dudes dying. I'll admit, I'm a smidge bit pleased with Osama being gone but I'm not overly celebrating it like so many people. Like DAMN, most people everywhere are hooting and hollering and throwing confetti! I think it's kinda messed up essentially celebrating a person's death, but kinda like Thad said, that's their thing y'know? It's quite a spectacle to watch, though! History in the making, we'll all remember this tidal wave of ecstatically enthused death praising.
