That alligator's jaw looks fucked up in ways I don't quite understand. It's got nothing on the zombies with poly counts like they're intended for a PSP though.

Low-poly models are important, especially for scenes with large amounts of characters in them.

Like zombie hordes.

Those could be a bit smoother on the heads but the textures are pretty good.
