Nah man just get used to it. Once you learn where all of the places are on the map it gets easier to not instantly die because you were running right in front of the 10 riflemen waiting for a kill. Also don't feel bad because we are in the eye of the MKB42 and if you are on the wrong end of the storm you will get gunned down by assault rifle fire.

Also a pro tip: If you are in a cap point and there is no enemies in it, you don't have to shoot your teammates. :themoreyouknow: No hard feelings though.

Also what Mali said. If you have people cooperating as leaders you can actually get shit done. You need squad leaders who know what the fuck smoke grenades are to capture anything. Then the other half of winning is having teammates who will move. Our great commissar can lead them to the point or an early death.

I actually team killed a friend I was in constant communication with, but he kind of got what was coming to him since i killed a nazi that had come through a door and he came in like a second later right behind him.

Also, on facing of with another enemy in and open field, we kind of took potshots very slowly at each other waiting to hear the team killing voiceover that usually happens, I eventually dropped dead after like 10 seconds of this slow confrontation.

But yeah, it's way harder to tell a friendly apart when you can only see like their arm poking through a window or if they're facing the wrong way of the map.

Pretty fun though, I'll play some more later, maybe even with you guys now that I've got the controls sort of figured out.

Top of the line cover.

Fuck war time to make snow angels

Mali managed to get bugged and was a dead dude on the ground. He could also go at a million miles per hour. He stopped being dead when he picked a gun up. Earlier I had bugged one of the static map MGs and started zooming around the map. I could only look in one direction but I was invisible and really fast. Of course I get killed by artillery.

I don't see what the problem is with the wannabe neonazis if they are all playing as nazis and you can join the other side and shoot them for hours at a time

in fact I'm kind of interested

Holy shit bayonet rushes. I got 6 bayonet kills in one round. I got one guy going up some stairs, and then after that I stabbed a guy who literally ran into my bayonet, and then there was the enemy commander and two other dudes with sub machine guns. Ran back into the building my team was protecting, and then went to a window off the beaten path and killed about 7 more people before my team won the match.

Man, playing any other game after Red Orchestra makes everyone feel like a bullet sponge. "Wait, I shot a guy in the chest and he isn't dead?" I managed to kill everyone through a hail of bullets. Although I would not have complained at all of their commander had thrown one of his teammates onto my bayonet to stop me. That would have been rad as hell.
