Legend has long told of the first great empires to grace this world, before the age of man, when the fires of creation still burned bright. The greatest of these legends tells the tale of the Azer God-King, Malphiar the Red, whose holdings stetched from the Carrion Sea to the Mountains of Madness. Many have gone in search of the Scarlet King's tomb, and none have ever found the treasure - and returned to tell about it, anyway. An aging baron has approached you with an ancient map, said to lead to the ruins of Jish Toshir - the home of Malphiar's palace, the greatest city ever built by man or dwarf. Though the journey will be perilous, the rewards will be great. Can you muster the courage to seek fame and fortune in a ruin untouched by mortal hands since the dawn of civilization?
Details: 4e D&D game, heroic tier starting at level 1. All official 4e D&D supplements are allowed. Game will take place on Sundays (since it's the only free day for me.)
If you're interested, post a heads up. I'm trying to go back to basics with this game. A pure dungeon crawl experience, through the bowels of a megadungeon with incredible dangers and treasures in your path. There will be story, but I want most of what's present to be driven purely by the players. I know there's a bunch of games going right now, but if anyone's not playing in a game or wants to join another, give me a heads up.
