Hey remember how good Arkham Asylum was????

Well this game is twice as good(WHAT) and they fixed the only problem Asylum had(mediocre bosses) so holy shit go play it.

OK I beat it so don't read this shit unless likewise.
The ending was pretty boss but god damnit buy the sequel. Like seriously? The lazarus pit is destroyed? Clayface fell in it? The Joker died? Arkham City is still laying dormant in it's horrible glory? Ras is dead? Talia is shot, I guess, literally forgotten? Like I hope some of this stuff comes up when I 100% the game but god damn we need a AA3:Gotham City immediately. as an aside these are not complaints, it takes a lot of chops to fuck around like this with a main-stream comic universe without headlining a shitty "comics event."

OK they fixed any issues with boss fights but it's a shame they had so many dangling opportunities. Bane, Ivy and Harley should have been mini-bosses easily. Like seriously make Harley some annoying as fuck ninja-a-like who is comedy foiled when you counter, update the Bane fight from Asylum and make a Cat-Woman centric apology Ivy fight to Asylum fans. Also no Strange fight is really weird because you face him in a great chamber for it and they even went to all the trouble of throwing in the standard "IN PEAK PHYSICAL CONDITION" line in his bio. I know Strange isn't the kind of guy to actually fight Bat Man but hey that's why Arkham is a unique universe interpretation. He'd make a mirror match boss easily. I'VE STUDIED YOUR EVERY MOVE BATMAN, ETC. It worked for Clock King, motherfuckers.

no really Batman that elevator door won't hold Bane for longer than it takes him to remember he's fucking Bane.

NO KILLER CROC?????? BUT ALL THE MINION GOSSIP.

ok last bit of boss bitching. The Joker fight was great but he could've stood to have some Joker gadgets to make it more tricky. I know it's Clayface, but Joker's tech wasn't exactly complicated. Point and spray acid/gas flower, counter the counter joy buzzer in the hand, some proximity mines in whoopie cushions.. badda boom, da Joker.

haha holy fuck this is like the definitive re-imaginings of The Penguin and Hugo Strange. It takes a lot of chops to steal the spotlight from any game with the Joker in it. The police state environment of Arkham City really creeps me out and Penguin probably stole the Best Boss award by a mile, not to mention his museum is best environment and backstories.

There's a button in the sewers to summon Killer Croc for a cameo .. but only before you beat the game.  :3c
I think I have a bug with the Riddler Hostage rescue. This is what happens.

1.Get notified that Riddler has raided the church and get taunted by him.
2.Beat up informant to get location of first hostage at courthouse.
3.Rescue dude there and get Enigma Machine.
4.Get first riddle and rescue guy trapped above electric floor. I get the number for my cryptographer but Riddler says I need more secrets.
5. Go through game snagging pick-ups, breaking stuff and solving riddles, finish game at 350 found/broke. Never was notified that I could use the Enigma Machine to get location of next hostage.

Edit: Up to 385 now and nothing.
