So anyone here play this? I just got it for the Wii and it's fun. I'm already getting A's on Light.

Once upon a time, I was a DDR maniac. A real legend. Well, I wasn't exactly doing Bag or Sakura on heavy or anything, but I was competent, and I liked it.

Suddenly, I developed some sort of -itis in my foot, probably of the tendon variety. It just doesn't seem to heal, and doing anything too nuts without shoes is a recipe for almost certain discomfort.

Now I train doe-eyed young dancers at the mall in hopes of vicariously being the new champ.

I play once a week or so at a bowling alley within walking distance from my house.  I guess I'm pretty good, but I like IIDX and pop'n music more (and I think I'm relatively better at those anyways.)

The nearest machine is an hour's drive away and I have tendinitis and bursitis in both knees.

So yeah, every so often I give it a go for old time's sake.

Somehow, all of my rhythm instincts are exactly and always 1/2 beat off. It was once commented that it was eerily and perfectly off, and I cannot guess at how to alter it. Moral of the story: Classic thinks that Guitar Hero on Hard mode is about impossible to complete.

J-Bratz in the background would spoil the effect, if the music itself hadn't already.

The most I've played of DDR was Gitaroo Man.
