Not a puppet.  Nor does she have lower genitalia.  She's actually connected to his wrist at the hip.  The power of her obsessionlove for him connected her to him or something.  Also, the ongoing joke of the series is the only thing that will ever fuck him is his right hand.

I like the other girl from it better though.  She ends up sad and alone. :sadpanda:

I hope that's a puppet.

'Cause...

It really looks like he's a sex offender from where I'm sitting.

Episode 1: he knocks out all her teeth.

That's nothing. Unfortunately the anime doesn't even begin to cover the awesome fuck up-edness of the series (which is helpfully summed up in its entirety in this chapter)

Midori no Hibi: aka one of the few times japan gets slapstick right.  Also the characters have .. well, character, even if the romantic bits get overly schmaltzy in that way Japan has perfected.

Several days later, I return to the thread and see that all spoilers mention of Gurren Lagann has passed by. I just finished it, and wow. I think that I need a few hours to be able to properly discuss it.

Until then, there's this alternate ending:

I still haven't finished Gurren Lagann. I got about thirteen episodes in when I hit a h.264 encode my machine isn't quite beefy enough to play. I have something like four hundred total unwatched episodes from previous seasons, and I'm still not finished the first Zetsubou Sensei.

At least it's hanging up at a point where continuing the series will be fun and awesome. If my supply had broken at episode 4 (the black rider kinsman episode) I don't think I'd have stuck with it.

Also, a little out of place, but in One Piece Luffy is revealed to have amazing Ki. This explains some things, I suppose.

..but mostly makes me afraid there's going to be a lot more :over9000: 'd ing.

Midori no Hibi is one of the very few animes that is actually funny, because it is comedy in the sense that it actually involves jokes about things and not just absurd characters behaving absurdly.

I find a good deal of anime funny.  But kanji puns are too common in all of them.

Okay, I just watched all of Gurren Lagann in one go.  I'm a little dizzy.  Partly from the epilepsy, and partly because I think I just watched a Spore anime.

Dude, did you just punch out the universe?

Excalibur Filler Episodes > Standard Soul Eater Episodes

An opportunistic game developer should begin prototyping a '1000 Tasks of The Great Majesty of Excalibuuur' title.

I stopped watching at Episode 15 (life got in the way), and caught the last ep on Sci-Fi the other day.

Bizzaro Frank Miller (He likes Drills instead of Whores) must have wrote the dialogue, I swear.
