Well, you missed the part where drills became the main focus of the plot.

I'm sorry Gurren Lagann, I can't take you seriously as a batshit insane romance (sometimes Classic tries to use technical terms!) never-ever-ever take this seriously giant robot feel-good epic if you keep doing shit like this:

"Heaven Shattering Gurren Lagann: Gurren School Version"

... Maybe they will play sports and win with Kiai...
...
...
No sports yet, but it's still pretty profoundly ridiculous.

EDIT:
PAGE BREAKS! ::3:

EDIT EDIT:
I should probably confirm your suspicions, that yes, the manga assumes you've seen, and love, the wonderful, stupid mess that was Gurren Lagann.

They drill that into you, don't they.

I stopped reading when you implied Gurren Lagann was supposed to be taken seriously to begin with.

Bihada Ichizoku is a partnership between Bandai, and a Japanese cosmetics company. As of yet, no subbing group has picked the title up this season, which is a war crime of the highest order.

On a lark, checked out Go Nagai's 1992 magnum opus, Hanappe Bazooka. A youth accidentally summons two demons while engaging in hand to gland combat, and is granted with The Touch. Sporting the most nudity and debauchery of any Nagai masterpiece, any semblance of plot is burned alive in favor of spaceships, demon chicks, and bazookas. So, Troma The Cartoon, yeah.

Correct, they were summoned due to the manner in which he came to grips with himself.

Careful out there, gentlemen. Unfathomable evil lurks within dishonorable discharges.

You're recommending death note but saying no to astro boy? At least astro boy is silly on purpose, though the one there isn't even the old astro boy.

No:
Astro Boy: the original anime. Kind of like Mega Man, but with a half-naked flying boy.
Speed Racer: older than the hills with horrible dubbing.

Wait.. what?

Saying no to Astro boy is bad enough, but I don't know how you can't laugh your ass off at Speed Racer. "Dr. Bent Cranium" is still my all-time favourite name for a tertiary mad scientist character.

Speaking of which, Astro Boy Theatrical Trailer released. Sorely lacking in provocative shirtlessness though.

Every subbing group has dropped Shikabane Hime due to licensing, so this Hulu channel appears to be the only game in town. With this speedy turnaround, the industry may survive these pirate invested waters yet, and by taking our advice to boot.

Mushi-shi is one of the most rewarding productions from the past decade, if you have the patience. The mixture of sublime danger and sublime editing proves to be sublime. Ginko is mai husbando. <3 <3 <3

Well, my sensors have already been calibrated for Speed Racer and Naruto. I was mostly asking about the things I haven't heard about. Your input is appreciated and please can I have some more.
