Awfully nostalgic, truth be told. Slayers was the first anime that I actively followed, and this episode rang true. The verdict is still out on whether the series will do anything new though.

Does it even have to do anything new?

Not in my opinion.  "Flat, Flat Flat... kill, kill, kill... Lina is more powerful than god..." = Still good.

I wouldn't mind an entirely musical episode. Or more information on some of the lesser-known demon lords.

I've been watching Golgo 13 and it's pretty good.  I could stand another couple dozen episodes of 'This is the Duke Togo Show.  Twenty-three minutes of watching how badass he is'.

In fact, I don't think I could ever tire of it.

He's basically James Bond without the subtlety.   ::D:

Except for all the sex he has.

The sex is the business.

And business is good.

So what you're saying is that the Assassin stuff is a sideline and that his true name is Gigolo-13?

That one's so bad, I'm wondering why I never got around to using it.

Standards, that's why.

Hehe Gigolo-13

Sad fact: Classic read the name of that old NES game as Gigolo-13 the first time he saw it.
