Lupin III vs Detective Conan tv special being made

What.

Money's on Lupin.  Conan can't solve burglaries.  Everywhere that kid goes someone is just flat-out murdered.

Well, to be fair, her and Yuki's powers revolve around rewriting the material world like a Counterstrike map. Also? Haruhi is living Deus Ex Machina.

I did think of that, but I don't feel as though she'd bring such a loose cannon back.  Girl wanted her dead.
....Although, can she remake people to act differently?  Prolly, huh?  I dunno.

New series takes place during the fourth novel, which traps Kyon in an alternate universe. Hence all the different uniforms, glasses, and living dead.

I hear the later Haruhi novels get pretty batshit, which is saying something I think. I am excited.

I just hope Yuki is more like she is in the joke manga:
Playing visual-novelsporn games out in the open without headphones and acting like it's nothing.  Leading to her then constantly where adorable bunny headphones Kyon gave her.  Cosplaying on her own accord, as a character from her favorite porn game no less!  And generally being an adorable nerd.

Oh please.  You're already watching high-school anime, so stick your judgement back into your pants and let people enjoy their ridiculous otaku fantasies.

I dunno about other people, but I'm not watching it so I can think about fucking all or any one particular character.  Maybe it's just me though.

And from where I'm sitting I have to squint to tell the difference between you two.

I mean you're the guy telling a guy he's enjoying a cartoon the wrong way.

I hear the later Haruhi novels get pretty batshit, which is saying something I think. I am excited.

The books gain focus later on, when a rival group of Aliens / Espers / Time-Travelers arrive. The new season may or may not touch upon these individuals, but the original plan in 2007 was to create two seasons worth of content (26 episodes). Then they 'canceled' the production in mid-2008, and nearly three years later, here we are.
