The other end has that little glob that I never want to eat, and opening it this way lets me throw it away right at the beginning.

Yeah, it IS easy to open them the monkey way.

But yeah, then you need to extricate that nasty little inner banana penis (when I peel from the stem, I can just pop the banana off that bit), so it's probably a wash overall.

Nah, dogs can have bananas. Mine loves them frozen. Just don't give them too much at once.

That gummy stem thing is probably the nutritious part.  The nastiest part usually is.

I was told by my vet, back when I had dogs and could afford to provide them medical care, that the human foods dogs shouldn't eat are chocolate, grapes, and anything onionlike. I've since heard that the amount of chocolate it would take to harm a dog is actually several pounds at once, but that's not a risk I felt like taking. Bananas are okay, I knew an obedience trainer who used them as rewards for the occasional dog who didn't like carrots.

Was no one else disappointed that feet made absolutely no appearance in that video?

teg says:
You know how in cartoons and anime and theater they'll cast a woman as a younger boy?
Ada Bee says:
 Yes
teg says:
Why don't they do that in films?
Ada Bee says:
 pardon?
teg says:
Anime adaptations could actually work if they cast tombyish-looking girls as the bishies.
You know that possibly upcoming Evangelion movie that's gonna' suck? If Shinji can be played by a woman in every other version of the story, why not do the same for live-action?
Ada Bee says:
 Let me show you something
 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Pan_(1954_musical)
teg says:
 Peter Pan imediatelycae to mind.
Since Peer Pan is always played  a woman in the play.
Ada Bee says:
That's not neccessarily a good thing
teg says:
 ?
Ada Bee says:
They do that because grown women don't hit puberty and have their voices crack
You can get away with that if you're doing a single film.
teg says:
These things never last more than one film anyway.
Ada Bee says:
 Exactly.
If you're toing a long running Broadway Musical based on Evangelion, then yes, I'd say give Shinji's role to a woman.
You think they could make a Broadway musical out of Evangelion?
 I mean, it's pretty depressing...
But then again, we had Rent.

Yeah, last I heard, as long as you have a clean record (no copyright violations, stuff like that), the only limit is the 2Gb thing.

Indeed. I dream about girls who can tie knots into cherry stems with their toes.

That random shuffling kinda-sorta satisfies the criteria for being a sorting algorithm and that it even has a couple names.

That there is a derelict half-completed skyscraper in Krakow named after Skeletor

Man, stuff like this is the reason I barely read fiction anymore. It just can't compare.

That male koalas have a bifurcated penis, and female koalas have two lateral vaginas.

Yesterday I learned that St. John's Wort is actually a mild form of Prozac.
