Maddie Blaustein, voice of Meowth. Turns out she was also a Second Life 3D modeller, and at one point, Adam Blaustein.

Majel Barrett Roddenberry, computer voice on Star Trek.

I'll shed a tear for Nurse Chapel and breathe a sigh of relief for Lwaxana Troi.

Priest has a pretty good post dedicated to her.  Pre-op, she was his assistant when he was editor of the Spidey books.

The comments are worth reading too -- at least the one from JN, who knew her in those days too.

Everyone's in a rush to link it to Travolta or the Church.  I'd be about as pleased with that as anyone, but man can all you guys at least try to conceal your sick sense of vindication?

The church DOES have a history of letting people with mental illnesses die rather than give them proper treatment...but I'm guessing that's probably not what happened in this case.  Otherwise they wouldn't be asking for an autopsy.

What's a scientological funeral ceremony like, anyway?
