I had to have a heart-to-heart with Classic about that.  I'd have one with Sora but, er, I really don't give a damn about Sora.

People get paid and employed if they are good at documenting processes, and speaking them out. 

Communications gets you the money.  Some people even call it business skills. 

For the verbal bit if you're in need, I suggest toastmasters.  They do wonders.
