At least this removes the fiction that we were at all in control of whether or not we won the mount lottery

You've got all the mounts/achievements/feats of strength I wanted, but the game broke me and I gave up.

I don't know if it's jealousy or pity I feel.

I have consumed 2314 Noggenfogger Elixirs in a desperate attempt to not have to look at female Blood Elf animations. You should probably feel a little of both.

Would it be racist to submit the suggestion "Move the Spanish Speakers into their own battlegroup so I never have to play with them again?"

I see nothing wrong with requesting that players only get grouped with like-languaged players.  There's no universal translator in WoW as in FFXI, and even there, it was just Square being cheap.

I'd go one further and request that Blizzard force people with extended ascii in their character names to change said names.

Probably pretty low-priority with tab completion going in.

Also waiting with bated breath for Starfall to be nerfed back to pre-3.3.3

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the first letter can be extended ascii.  Letting X represent some untypable character, and A a typable one, people are often named XAXXAX or the like, making it a pain in the ass to find them with /who.

It'd be a little bit less of an issue if the tab completion were made really smart and would try to use the appropriate accenting/umlauting/whatever.  Then again, that would lead to potential mail scams/problems.

39/40 Reputations.

Met a truly hilarious fellow who thought he knew everything about WoW, which was amusing, and he abused his friends and bullied them into giving him free runs through places for mounts and such, which was not cool.

Turns out he has a complex about someone knowing more than him and simply standing in the same IRC Channel as him talking caused him to throw a hissy fit. Will post logs if I can find them.

Sea Turtle get.

Eyonix leaves Blizzard, speculation and overanalyzations of last messages suggest internal strife. Okay then.

I'm really getting a kick out of all the crying re:dispel mechanics as if they were the only change going into Cata and the PvE and PvP games will otherwise be exactly as they are today.

Eyonix has always been a big weepy vagina, so I'm not too impressed with any ineferences he may have made in his exit posts. This is the same community dev who took a three month break from posting to the shaman forums because someone told him to go get hit by a bus after blowing off shaman weaknesses.

I imagine his bosses probably got tired of his bullshit, gave him an ultimatum and he threw a fit over it instead of being an adult.
