Does the Chinese radio station have anything useful, other than occasionally freaking me out with some word over the radio?

Yeah. Any time you find one of those stations there is a pre-war spy den near by. Just follow the signal and look for entrances on your local map.

P.S.
If you find the food processing plant, it is full of a Chinese spy ring that has been turned into ghouls. Fully repaired sword go
Can anybody explain to me why people are buying Fable 2?  Was the original not a painful enough boot to the testicles or what?

Because Fable 2 is pretty fun?  And Fable 1 wasn't really bad, either?  In fact, I rather enjoyed it, though I suppose not following it's development kept me from being disappointed.

Malvado, a friend we picked up in WoW, made this last week RE: Book murder

Strangely enough I still haven't done anything with the Rock-It launcher. It's basically there to make Big Weapons viable 100% of the time.

Ditto. That'd be a hell of a YtMND with that looping and the Rock-It launcher blowing up shit with books.

Just beat the game, agreeing with anger over the ending, though I knew it would be disappointing so I wasn't blindsided and made sure to save before the point of no return.

I did many sidequests but there are still dozens of locations I never visited.  I think I'll take a break before doing more exploring or making an evil character.

Though I do have a bit of time to kill before Left 4 Dead is released.

I wish you could throw ANYTHING in the rock-it launcher.

it would make the Chinese pistols actually do damage.

someone on gamefaqs had a great idea of combining big guns, explosives, demolitions, and size matters, then feed grenades and mines into the rock-it launcher.

sadly, reality says nay. :sadpanda:

oh hey check this shit out

I do not know why they had "Dear hearts and gentle people" in the trailer but not actually in the game.

(unless it's part of the ending or something and i just don't know about that yet)

It makes me happy to see that annotated map and to read all of your comments because it's made me realize that I skipped over about 80% of the game the first time. I'll be doing another play-through shortly. I'm more grateful now than ever before that I'm not a WoW player anymore.

I've spent upwards of 90% of my play time completely avoiding the story quests.

This reminds me: Is there any way to get power armor training that does not involve doing 8/10ths of the goddamn story mode?

Unfortunately no, but the world is open to you as late as
the last time you enter the Jefferson Monument
, when the game makes an automatic, numbered save file, similar to the one made as you exit Vault 101

EDIT: In my most recent game I got to level 20 before I ever went to GNR.

That is the correct title. It is by Bing Crosby (and various other artists) and is like... the whitest song I've ever heard.

I have that, as well as much of the soundtrack (which I already had anyway... I'm a fan of "Oldey-Tymey" music, if you get my drift. Anybody want any WWI propaganda songs?). Working on getting what I don't have.
