Apparently my charm for December is to have other people plant red turnip seeds in my town.

I'm not taking care of everyone's red turnips. :sadpanda:

You only need to water them for a week.

I never bother with charms 'cause I never go see Katrina.

Anyway, for anyone who didn't get to see the Northern Lights last night, I have a picture :D

Also, here's some of my snow mans :D
The one on the left is perfect, and the one on the right I fucked up yesterday 'cause I rushed and made his head slightly too big.  So he complained that he was better than average but not perfect.  Cry cry, bitch.

Well, they call them sea butterflies, but yeah.  I call them manaphy :D
Manaphy would be so awesome if his head turned inside out to launch hook covered tentacles to devour his foes with.

Stop tempting me with Animal Crossing, people!  I get all into it and then bored in less than a season!

So yesterday I ran around during a study break and then I made a snowman.  And he said the best thing ever to me :D

And then today, I ran around in Highland and loafed around in others beds with McDohl.

Holy...

It might not be GREAT profit, but it's the best I've seen.

216 Bells per turnip.

RIGHT NOW.

I figured out Sahara.  So bloody obvious.  Talk to her, then hit up all of your townies for Old wallpaper/carpet.

The problem was that, on her first visit to my town and Duke's town, none of our townspeople wanted to give up any old wallpaper/carpet and it was driving us crazy. She came back last week, and after talking to everybody in my town again, the last person FINALLY gave me an old carpet.

I got 2.  Traded them in for a robo-wall and a blue trim wall.

Well lemme just say, Saharah came to my town a couple days ago, and I had the same issue as the first time.  Nobody wanted to give me carpets.  But unlike the first time, I got ONE single used carpet, so I saved it and put it into storage, so next time that bitch comes, if only two people give me carpets/wallpapers I'll still be able to claim my prize.

Unfortunately, the second time she visited I had lame choices, but I ended up with music room wall.  It actually looks good with my floor and gracie furniture though.  Very strange.

Does anybody have a Knight's Helmet and some armour that they can send me :3

Also: does anybody have turnip prices over 100?  I just wanna get rid of all of mine--at this point I don't even care about profit.

I fell in love with the winter hat I bought at Able Sisters, so much so that my character has not taken it off since November. I love it so much so that I went on Etsy the other day and commissioned a real one from some knitting enthusiast. I can't wait till I get it; I'll finally fit in at Critical Mass (minus the skinny jeans and American Apparel gear)!

If anybody got that New Years shirt, can they get me one too?  I'm in VA and can't play til I get home on the 11th and I won't time travel for a shirt.

I haven't played this in over a week... I think I'm done already. I already paid off my house, got the bridge and the fountain (I don't really care about the lighthouse/windmill), and bought the current Gracie's furniture set. I really don't like how you can't get the animal's pictures, because it removes any real reason to talk to all of them every day and do favors for them and such. Most importantly, I can't stand the fact that this game isn't portable: I have no problem talking to animals or picking fruit or whatever when I'm bored at Catherine's grandparent's house, while I'm waiting in line somewhere, or even when I'm trying to fall asleep, but having to boot this up on a console during the limited amount of time that I'm actually in my room sucks.

If I hadn't just started Etrian Odyssey 2, I'd probably go back to playing Wild World just to give myself something portable to play that wastes a lot of time.
