Awesome.  The extra mush stuff, if you need any, that I have is the chair, the stand, the bed, and something else I forget.

Also, McDohl--Blanca came to my town after you and I changed her face.  Your face was like a big massive hilarious trainwreck.

I don't have an extra bed sorry :(
But I have extra mush stuff (I will check later, I'm right out the door).

I got the bed last night, so that's okay. I still have an extra sofa and rug you can have.

Out of context, it seems like you guys are trying to crash at each others palaces.

Ok, I figured out the silver shovel. You don't actually get 10% more bells--you have a 10% chance at GETTING more bells. I read it wrong.

But basically, what happens is that every so often (10% of the time, I guess!) you will hear a big "ching!" noise when clunking a rock, and whatever amount you were on will double; i.e. if it's your first coin, it'll be 200 instead of 100, but if it's the first sack, it'll be 2,000 instead of 1,000. Doubling the 2,000 sack rocks pretty hard, but obviously doubling the 4,000 would be...quite happy.

Oh man, just as it turned 1 am in my town, snow started falling and the slow, peaceful late-night music added a brief "jingle" sound.

92 bells per turnip.  BOOYAKA.

I almost want to register a GameFAQs account to acutally get a shot at some of the prices.  But I'd much rather hook up with someone that won't try to do evil things to me like shut off their Wii while I'm in town.

I got...umm, 1290 turnips today. ::D:

Turnips were 107 in Kazzia today.  I passed.  I don't know that I'll want to try dealing with them again.  I only made a 9800 profit off my 450 turnips, and only because I super lucked out on the saturday afternoon prices.  I was sure I was fucked because the morning price was 68 and then it shot up to 117.

Also, with no turnips to worry about, I can time travel a day or two if I reallllyyy want to.  I don't, but if I did really want to I could without worrying for turnips.  Also, today's the last day for mushrooms and barred knifejaws  ;-;

Also: a question.  Very important.
Has anyone donated for their bridge yet and been asked where they want it?  I finally got a notice at the town hall asking where I wanted it, but instead of like, letting me choose at all, they have 3 predetermined locations for a bridge.  All 3 locations are absolutely terrible and right next to my other bridges.  That's fucking retarded and I'm incredibly annoyed about this.  If I don't vote, do they ask different locations tomorrow?  Do the predetermined locations on the map change or am I fucking doomed to have an incredibly ill-placed bridge forever?

Turnips are a lot like stocks in real life, you have to buy/sell in large amounts to make any significant profit. Also, the turnip price is probably affected by your feng shui, I know it was that way in the original and WW.

Turnips were 101 in my town and I spent (almost) all of my bells on 2700 of them. I'll just check for big numbers on gamefaqs yet again and make a niiiice profit, unless by chance I get a number above 300 so I can open my gates for everyone and make $$$ by charging the GF people (but not any of you!).

I bought 600 turnips today. Can't travel to anyone else's towns, cause my wireless router got fried in a lightning storm. Wish me luck!

I was going to buy turnips, but LD neglected to tell me that Joan leaves town at noon.

It's okay, I got my second expansion early instead.

I lucked out and managed to sell my turnips for 423 each already. I paid off my current debt (my second floor will be built by tomorrow) and even donated 200,000 to the town fund for a bridge... but they didn't say anything. When do you find out about the bridge?

My God Rosen.  Be a little fucking richer, you BASTARD.  :sadpanda:

I got the golden slingshot today.  It was awesome.  And when I started my game up this afternoon, I found that my flowers had finally decided to hybridize.  I now have two orange roses and 1 orange pansy.  Very exciting.  Maybe pink tomorrow?  I also caught a stringfish (and donated it because for some reason I love the museum more than me).  Then I bought my gorgeous bed.....it looks really derpy with all my other furniture, so I guess I'll be buying a few other pieces to go along with it so it doesn't look retarded.

No, I found some other guy online... sorry. I have another 600k+ in my bank now, and I should put those into turnips so that I never need money again, but it was a pain in the ass getting into this guy's town just twice for my 27 stacks of turnips. I'll probably stick with only 2 or 3 full loads of turnips next time to avoid the nuisance.

Oh, and Duke told me that they don't talk about the bridge until the next day. That's good, I was worried that I messed up somehow. Do you have to donate an additional 500k to get the fountain, or is it just 500k total?
