MCs are aligned with no arcana, I thought.  The character in question IS aligned with a particular arcana.

Aegis is a main character, and she's Chariot Arcana-aligned. And Aeon Arcana, too. So there goes your entire god damn argument.

I honestly thought that the P3+4 MCs were aligned with Fool. I think Igor says as much, and if there's a character you can trust to be unbiased in Persona, it's him.

Refuting DN:
[spoiler]I was toying with that idea up to the midpoint of the game. Teddie is a shadow, no ifs, ands or buts. People who confront their own shadows become persona users. I guess Teddie could be a fragment of Nyx or something? But since P3 MC is already a persona user, I don't see how he could have "spare shadows".[/spoiler]

Yeah, well, [spoiler]The P3MC is kind of using his lifeless soul to seal humanity away from Nyx, so I'm sort of operating under the assumption that he's working under a unique set of rules. My more specific theory is that Philemon separated Teddie/Shadow/Persona from P3MC as an act of gratitude and mercy. If the dude has to suffer for all eternity like that, might as well make it so that part of him is free, right?[/spoiler]

Seems pretty farfetched, Teddie's in game backstory works pretty well.

So, tomorrow is the release of Persona 4: Arena.  A fighting game based on this RPG.

And there's going to be a fairly robust story mode, Atlus claiming about 30 hours of play time in Story Mode.

And, ladies and gents, I am SO HYPED.

I want to love this game. But... its' basically BlazBlue, the most obtuse fighting game ever made.

I dunno, it's a 4-button fighter, and I played a shit ton of guilty gear back in the day.  I know I can get in to this.

Kanji has a command throw where he air-grabs the opponent, pulls them to the ground, straddles them, and punches them repeatedly.

I'd be less jaded if they would have just fucking been content releasing updates as small, fair DLC packages instead of a new fucking game box and associated properties.

What they did with the BBCS update and Valk, Platinum, and Makoto didn't honestly bother me that much, but now there's BBCSEX (EX is for EXTEND).

I can't pin this on AkSys or Arc alone, given that it's apparently industry fucking standard.

HOPE YOU DIDN'T BUY DLC GUYS

ENGINE UPDATE AND ONE NEW GUY IS 30 BUCKS
