6/12
For fuck's sake, what kind of savage makes potato salad by mashing the potatoes?  Cube that shit!  God, no wonder people in the age of colonialism thought your country was backwards, coming up to shore and seeing you sitting there with your mashed potato salad.
...I have something to be angry about now! :8D:

Third "dungeon," June-ish.
Holy shit, Shadow Teddie is the creepiest thing ever.  Outer shell cracked to reveal a black void with glowing eyes floating around in it?  Oy.  Though the, uh, pole-dancing giant tie-dye woman with the radar dish for a face that came before it wasn't exactly small beans either.
I think the worst part about these games is that you can't explain what's going on without sounding completely and ineffably insane.

Oh wait, there's more.  7/10.
oh god teddie i think i just hurt myself laughing
Bad End Get!  Oh fuck that was
lame
--RESET BUTTON!

I got caught up in
"I MUST AVENGE THE LOLI'S DEATH"
and fucked up.
... Damn, did not expect the guy who turns out to be the killer be the guy it is.
But, then again, there always might be
another plot twist
The spoileriffic art book gave that much away for me.  Which is fine, because I don't really feel like getting the bad ending.

I didn't either, but I listened to Yosuke for the only time ever in the game.  Bad idea in retrospect.

Here's something fun: a Major Arcana test!

I got The Moon (very nearly High Priestess O_o)
Quote

You Scored as The Moon

Divinatory Meaning: Completion, Fulfillment. The end of a major cycle. The world of dreams. Reverse Meaning: Holding back reality by living in a dream world. You have a keen sense of people and are able to identify power where others are oblivious. You are drawn toward celestial bodies and draw strength from them. Others find you intriguing, not being able to put their finger on what it is about you that they cannot resist.

Also, my birth cards are the Moon/Hermit. Craziness.

I got the Fool,  but I've been taking this one for four or five years and it's always given me the Hanged Man.

Which one do I trust?????? Oh, Internet quizzes!

Damned thing gave me Justice. Thought for sure it'd be Strength, but that was very low on the list.

I filled out half the test, then saw there was a whole other page of questions and said "fuck this, I'm not putting actual effort into some stupid internet personality test".

Hanged Man, then Moon, Devil, Tower.  As someone who can be arsed to pay attention to this sort of thing, both in games (:holy:) and in meatspace, yeah, that's basically what I expected.

...and I was going to say something about the game to make this topical but I forg- oh yeah, I remember now.  Mid-September-ish.
I didn't even play P3 and I loved all the stuff in the school trip, including but not limited to the rambling yet strangely topical mythology lecture.  Also, Mass Destruction playing in the background in the club is a neat touch, assuming of course that they didn't do that in P3.  Still waiting for possible references to Lunarvale and/or Sumaru City, unless of course they only limit themselves to referencing the previous game in the latest one, in which case... shit.

Also, Drunk Yukiko and Drunk Rise are :wuv:
So I was reading Wikipedia about the cards to better understand the characters in this game and it turns out that the Fool is sometimes given to people who are really the Hanged Man.

The most common interpretation of the card is of an outcast of society that appears to be a fool, but is in actuality completely in alignment and integrated.
So if you take one, take the one I posted?

Devil 83%
High Priestess 75%
Fool 67%
Moon 67%
-------
Other one:  Star
Birth Cards:  Tower/Chariot

Yep, I'm apparently quite similar to the rest of you.
Also, I get to be a sexy nurse with abandonment issues! :perfect:
I got The Moon at 83%, but only after a tiebreaking question that chose that one above The Lovers and The Tower.

Then there was:
The High Priestess - 75%
The Empress - 75%
The Hermit - 67%
Death - 67%
and on and on and on.

Mid-September dungeon.
Naoto's voice cracking like she was hoarse when she was talking after the fight, just before she started speaking naturally?  That's a nice touch.
