Listened to the original show, as well as a part of Arc's edit.
Enjoyable show, though I'll echo my agreement for the interlude music-cutting and ID3 tags. I definitely like the silence being cut out in Arc's edit, as it makes the show feel a bit less awkward and a bit more snappy. However, I'd advise against the implementation of a variable bitrate like what Arc appears to have done with his edit, since it drives my older version of WinAmp a bit wonky in estimating the mp3 length and seems a bit unnecessary in general. I'd just use 64kbps instead of 96kbps -- it should still sound fine, and you'd save about 17MB on this podcast even without any silence-cutting.
Also, re: a page somewhere. Since Dohl asked me for webspace to host these podcasts, a page could certainly be designed to offer everything outside of direct forum links. Just depends on whether anyone has the initiative to throw something together, I guess.
