Had fun tonight, but Arena_grosse should get dropped from the server.

Yeah it is, but it is fucking awful because there is a clear line of sight between the spawns so it just turns into SNIPERS ONLY.

It uses a lot of textures from Wolfenstein. The ceiling is really low so scouts can't double jump. There is clear line of sight between both spawns, so you might as well be a sniper.

E1M1 would be a better map.

Well, yeah, that's pretty much what I would have assumed. Grosse was a damned small map.

My ping...my ping just kept growing...

After I shotgunned Constantine from around the corner, I decided that tonight was not TF2 night for me. :nyoro~n:

DJ Constantine was the most fun I've had for a while. It helped that I kept axing the shit out of Kabbage at ever opportunity I got, too.

The best part was ubering Smiler just before he got arrow'd so that he could axe Kabbage. On about three different occasions!  :perfect:

The best part of any TF2 night is murdering Kabbage.

Also Cait is best medic for willingness to uber me while wrench engineer.

There was one night I recall fairly recently. I was doing my mediocre usual, and had switched to Demo to get some practice in (and also because it was needed at the time).

I wound up blowing up Kabbage like six times in as many minutes, without even seeing who it was I was 'sploding. I was just trying to carpetbomb as fast as I could, and Kabbage just always seemed to be there whenever I mashed alt-fire.

When I got the domination I even typed "SORRY! I'M NOT DOING THIS ON PURPOSE KABBAGE, I SWEAR!"

Also,

Smiler in time I will destroy you for the things you have done

This is twice as funny with Smiler's current avatar.

The problem with shotguns:

What's this? A burning enemy Medic, running right at me? I know, I'll shoot him!

What's this? He's not dead? I know, I'll shoot him again!

What's this? He's not dead? I know, I'll shoot him again!

What's this? He's not dead? I know, I'll shoot him again!

What's this? He's not dead? I know, I'll shoot him again!

What's this? He killed me with an ubersaw?

(Yes, I know I'm probably the worst player around here.)

Well, I got one good life in, so, despite the profusion of complaints, I am actually pretty satisfied. I'll probably come back.
