Passable night for me.

Highlight was right at the end.  I respawn in time to lose on Badwater.  I already had a teleport up, and used it to escape the spy that was trying to shoot me. :D

I had a good night as demo. I'm becoming halfway decent demoman now.

Seriously Dohl, I'm not trying to be a dick, but when you are having a bad night in TF2 nobody wants to fucking listen to you cry for over an hour.  Just stop playing if you're having a bad time instead of being the biggest fucking buzzkill in the world.

Also it wouldn't be nearly as much of a problem if you didn't seem to do it several nights a week.

Ugh.

God, what the hell is wrong with me, anyway?  I hate getting so damn worked up, but when shit goes wrong for me in quick succession like it did tonight, it only serves to compound my frustration.  That shit on Badwater was pretty fucking terrible, Niku.

spawncamping might be fucking annoying when it's happening to you, but so is standing in one spot waiting for the other team because they keep getting pushed back to spawn.

I don't like being spawn camped. However, I also try not to bitch.

Yeah McDohl, usually you are a fun guy to play with but tonight your whining got to the crew.  As much as I usually enjoy seeing you on, I have to wonder if you're even enjoying the game at all.

My opinion rests that you should go live a life outside TF2 for a short while.  build a model and show it off or something, while thinking if you actually enjoy the game, or just want company.

No low blows intended.  You are a good guy.

Are you confusing Max for McDohl as sad engineers! :(

But yeah Dohl, best not to get worked up. if I start losing I just set some short term goals and try and go for those. Every situation is a chance to practice SOMETHING. :D

Also the highlight of my night was SCD calling me "The true devil". Only to reiterate this sentiment when I equalizered him again. Good times!

Yeah, I followed Kayin's advice before actually reading it, and I felt a lot better.  SURPRISE SENTRY. :8D:

McDohl, I don't want to pile on, but before you sorta calmed down later, your rage was starting get infectious. Not something I enjoy.

I mean we all have bad nights (or weeks), but continuous complaints in excess of five hours is a bit much.

Yay! I finally get a chance to sign on and people are actually on! I get one quick game then everyone leaves.

It's me, Envy, and 4 pubbies. Envy leaves and the pubbies strongly hint the game would go better without me until I left.
Even though I was the one capping the points.
Oh well... There's always tomorrow?
Maybe?

Lottel, you showed up at 1:30 AM Eastern. On a Sunday night.

I can't believe ANY of us were still around. I'm pretty sure that if it wasn't the Christmas break the server would have been empty.

I am well aware. I was surprised. I'm not complaining that people weren't on longer. I am just saying that my timing is shit and that the pubbies basically asked me to leave. Which is fine, unbalanced teams are not fun.

I am just hoping I get on tomorrow at a better time.

Uh yeah.  Sorry for making TF2 the worst game in the universe last night, guys.  I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me.

I think I figured out what was driving me nuts.

I was letting every little setback in TF2 get to me, and being misguided enough to bloodymindedly shoot for the sentry underneath Garbage_Day and repeatedly get killed.  Although, putting a sentry down there does block off a major avenue of attack when you get steamrolled.
