If people don't understand why Arc is mad at my killings, it's because I killed him through a wall in that little upper room in Badwater.  It was glorious.

I played against an entire team of girls last night.

They all picked engineer and sat on a nuclear stockpile of sentries.

It worked, too, because we couldn't get more than one of our guys at a time to sit still and let us build uber.

Was that why there was that constant noise throughout play and half the players weren't technically playing?

Joined an instant-respawn Badlands server. Every round was BLU steamroll followed by slow, drawn-out siege at the final point. Players blamed the map design.

When will people learn that instant respawn unbalances capture point maps in favour of the defender?

Never, because the kind of hyper-active moron that needs to play on an instant respawn server because the spawn counter is just too damn long generally can't concentrate on one idea long enough to come to that conclusion.

What kills me is how MOST servers you see are reduced respawn or no respawn. I usually have to pick fast respawn servers out of sheer desperation.

Actually, even if that's a typo, it doesn't matter. Stuck in that situation, you pray for God to strike down EITHER SIDE, just to END THE TORMENT.

Though the best option is to pray for God to strike down the ^@&)^%$&Y#)&$Y server admins.

I kind of want to make a bot that constantly changes IP and joins and insta-leaves all servers with the instant_respawn tag, so they'll get driven down and eventually disappear from the server browser.
