Every class is a Starcraft hero unit of some kind, with Warcraft 3-like upgradeable abilities. You earn XP by, well, getting points, and when you level up you can spend it on your class' three basic powers, and when you reach level 10 you can get that class' ultimate power (engie has the ability to make his sentries teleport to him with right-click, etc). It's a living nightmare and we should probably lock up the person(s) responsible and study their brain(s).

I understand that people can really like a game and be devoted to it.  There is no need to go to every other game ever and say, "Hey, I can make this more like that other game I like!"

And then we get spies that can move around like the guy in Assassin's Creed, Tenchu, or Mirrors Edge.  Heavies are suddenly Gundam/GaoGaiGar/Megas.  Demoman gets a bionic commando arm.  Scout gets Kid Icarus bow and wings.

Holy fuck, I haven't been that useful in forever. I spent most of the night in the #1 slot on the server I joined (and when I wasn't in first, I was in the top three), mostly through heroic support efforts as medic/engie.

I CAN'T LIVE UP TO THAT PERFORMANCE. SUICIDE IS THE ONLY OPTION.

That is the only one I ever jump into myself when nobody else is on.  Every other server is me following somebody.

The bandwagon last night was great.  The squeaker (read: male child whose voice has not yet decended) could not figure out that ALL_TALK was on.  Then we went on to completely own said squeaker.

I am still amused by people who think having a clan tag makes them better than you.

Best part of last night was when he built our forward base inside their base in cp_well, preventing them from having any chance of repelling us.

Also, there was something strange about that server.  People would compliment you when you did a good job, they had civil discourse with each other over all talk and players would change to a needed class if we were short.

Weirdest fucking server I've ever been on.

Yeah, that forward base worked great until FodderMK joined the server.  He's a Canadian buddy of mine who is familiar with most of my tricks, thus knows exactly where to put rockets to blow up my crap.

Note: The teleporter was on the 3rd floor, inside the enemy base on Well.  It got blown up a few times.  When I put it at the bottom of the ramp, where the sniper windows are?  Nobody ever shot it again.
